Prioritising work efficiency

Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) representatives and MMK’s Corporate Training Centre "Personnel" are taking part in a forum titled "New Role of HR in Increasing Staff Performance in Key Operations".

The third HR-Forum PRO FORMAT started on October 21, at Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK) Technical University in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Among the organisers of the Forum are UGMK, MMK, MMK's Corporate Personnel Training Centre, UGMK Technical University and the Association of Industrialists of the Russian Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

Personnel training and development specialists, HR analysts and other specialists responsible for work with personnel take part in the forum. Participants of the forum will discuss questions connected with transformation of the modern workplace, as well as modern HR solutions and technological tools, which will help cope with new challenges and promote development and stability of the company. MMK speakers will talk about the creation of modern public spaces, use of digital technologies in people management and ESG standards implemented for MMK's sustainable development.

On the second day of the forum, the participants will develop and present roadmaps on various topics, which include boosting engagement, developing performance indicators, HR IT architecture and corporate culture policies.
