MAIN TASKS OF THE GROUP
Handling New Product inquiries and advising customers on the technical capability to produce the item in question
Tackling technical issues (related to changes in production technologies or product range), where the product meets technical requirements, but not the customer's needs
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
