Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) will issue the Company's digital financial assets (DFAs) on the Sber platform, following an agreement concluded by MMK CEO Pavel Shilyaev and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Sberbank Anatoly Popov. The document on cooperation in the area of DFAs was signed at the 27th St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
The fifth of June is World Environment Day, known in Russia as Ecologist's Day. For many years, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has been carrying out large-scale environmental programmes aimed at reducing the human impact on the environment.
Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) sold 80 thousand tonnes of steel products through its online marketplace, MMK Market, in 2023, which is a 2.7-fold increase from the previous year. This was reported by Dmitry Gamper, Deputy Director for Finance, Economics and Corporate Affairs at MMK Trading House, who spoke at the third national conference “E-Commerce in the Metals Market” held in Moscow.
Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Synergy JSC, a company that carries out landmark construction projects in St Petersburg. The corresponding document was signed by MMK CEO Pavel Shilyaev and Synergy CEO Victoria Nenadyshina on June 5, on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
