MMK showcases products at international exhibition in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan and the broader Caspian region represent one of the most attractive and high-potential markets for MMK. In 2017, MMK’s shipments to Azerbaijan exceeded 140 ths tonnes, the most among the South Caucasus countries and one of the highest in the CIS.

The Caspian Oil & Gas-2018 exhibition is dedicated to the development of Caspian Sea oil and gas resources. At its stand, the Company showcased a wide range of metal for construction use and metal products made from high-tensile steel for the engineering industry.

The event is supported by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Energy and state oil company SOCAR. This year, 312 companies from 38 countries took part. The programme also includes the international Caspian Oil & Gas Conference, which is attended by high-level executives to discuss key oil and gas projects in the Caspian region, as well as energy security.
