MMK reports payment of dividends for 9 months 2012

OJSC MMK announces that the Company has paid out dividends for 9 months of 2012. The decision on dividend payment in the amount of RUR 0.28 per ordinary share was taken by the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on Dec 29, 2012. The total amount of dividends paid is RUR 3,108,817,271.56
