MMK ranks among leaders in Institutional Investor rating
Surveys conducted by Institutional Investor is a key source of independent assessments of investor relations performance. On September 9, Institutional Investor published Executive Team 2021, a survey of emerging markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emerging EMEA), in which some 2,000 investors and securities analysts assessed the shareholder engagement and reliability of companies, as well as their financial policies, capital management and the overall performance of their investor relations (IR) departments.
MMK’s team took fourth place in the Executive Team Emerging EMEA 2021 rating, receiving high assessments from respondents. For the first time, MMK was featured in the Most Honored Companies list. In particular, investors and analysts highly evaluated the work of MMK CEO Pavel Shilyaev, MMK’s Economic Director Andrey Eremin and MMK’s Head of Investor Relations Veronika Kryachko. Pavel Shilyaev was ranked third in the CEO category, Andrey Eremin was ranked second in the CFO category, and Veronika Kryachko was ranked second in the IR Department Head category, as voted by investors (buy-side).
"The Institutional Investor rating certainly plays a big role in building and strengthening companies’ reputation in investment circles," said Veronika Kryachko, MMK's Head of Investor Relations. " We are pleased that our efforts in this area were highly appreciated and we consider such an assessment well-deserved. MMK pays great attention to investors, we regularly hold meetings and webinars for them, and provide them with as much information about our company as possible."
