The system, designed and implemented by the corporate development department of MMK Informservice, was successfully implemented in MMK Group. The electronic document management system allows a user to automate the entire range of tasks required for working with documentation, the creation, coordination, signing, issuing of orders and monitoring of their execution. The development helps to speed up information flows within the Company, to organise a single space for information and to save working time for employees. Its main advantages are a simple, intuitive interface, high performance and the ability to work on mobile devices anywhere in the world. During the development of the system, innovative approaches to the formation of the interface and system algorithms were applied.

The unique characteristics of the system made it possible to radically simplify and accelerate workflow and business communications, which led to a change in the emotional state of employees, from a state of feeling like they needed to find time and force themselves to work in the system, to feeling that they wanted to conveniently and quickly solve their issues by using the system.

Currently, the electronic document management system is used in 34 organisations of MMK Group and is employed by more than 9 thousand employees. The system has created more than 5 million documents and issued more than 6 million tasks and instructions. The system is constantly being improved in accordance with user requests and has received a large amount of positive feedback from employees and managers of MMK Group. The system saved employees significant amounts of time on work tasks, which led to significant savings for the Company.
