MMK approves new version of labour protection and industrial safety policy

As noted in the new version of the policy, MMK's mission is to safely produce high-quality products. The Company has the following goals: to ensure zero injuries; to take a leading position among metallurgical companies in terms of key indicators in the field of labour protection and industrial safety; to improve the production culture and personal commitment of employees to comply with the principles of labour protection and industrial safety.

Each employee at MMK should strive to minimise as far as possible the number of injuries, accidents and occupational diseases. In addition, it is important to ensure that labour protection and industrial safety indicators are reliable and publicly available for all employees. Moreover, a considerable degree of responsibility falls on managers, who must not only ensure safe working conditions, but also demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the labour protection and industrial safety policy by personal example.

In turn, employees must comply with the established requirements for labour protection and industrial safety and identify risks associated with their performance at work. Each employee is responsible for our own safety and the safety of others. Success in achieving the goals set by the Company is ensured by the personal participation of all employees and the involvement of everyone in the discussion and resolution of issues related to labour protection and industrial safety.
