Respect for human rights

In its engagements with all stakeholders, MMK is committed to strict respect for human rights, equality, freedom of choice, free will, mutual respect and responsibility.

The Company guarantees protection of labour rights to its employees and respect for the rights of stakeholders outlined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Russian Labour Code and in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights approved by the UN Human Rights Council in 2011.
