Electronic workflow

Electronic documents signed with a qualified electronic signature have legal force and are fully equivalent to paper documents.

The electronic workflow is regulated by:

  • Federal Law No. 63-FZ On Electronic Signatures dated 6 April 2011
  • Federal Law On Accounting dated 6 December 2011
  • Order No. 50n of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation On Approving the Procedure for Issuing and Receiving Electronic Invoices via Telecommunications Channels Using Electronic Signatures dated 25 April 2011
