MMK Industrial Park Delivered Strong Results in 2022

MMK Industrial Park and its resident companies, which support the operation of strategic enterprises in a variety of industries, have shown strong economic growth despite the challenging economic environment.

The volume of products shipped by residents continues to increase steadily every year: in 2022, it grew by 38% and was valued at over RUB 5 billion. Investments made by residents increased by more than 150% year-on-year, reaching RUB 667 million.

Over the six years that the park has been in operation, residents have invested a total of over RUB 1.5 billion in their own development. For every rouble invested in infrastructure by the industrial park itself, residents’ investments amount to RUB 3.6, indicating a high degree of trust in the management company and confidence in the potential for further growth.

At present, 42 companies are operating in the park, with the site’s current occupancy rate at 83%. Two factors made this possible: the advanced stage of the park’s infrastructure as well as tax incentives that make the site an attractive place to invest.

To date, more than 1,000 jobs have been created at the Industrial Park, with employment increasing every year as new companies arrive and existing residents expand their operations.

In a nationwide industry ranking, the Industrial Park is the undisputed leader in the Ural Federal District and ranks second in the Russian Federation in its category.

MMK Industrial Park is a subsidiary of MMK and MMK-METIZ. The park’s site is a ready-made property complex on an area of 65 hectares with all the necessary utilities infrastructure and a developed rail network, offering all the conditions needed to quickly start up practically any sort of production facility. The park has been accredited by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, which enables investors to take advantage of tax incentives.
